Thank you for your interest in our group lessons!

Groupslessons

• Recreational User (16+ year olds with limited experience): Start the class on Monday or Wednesday from 7:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. If you don't want to commit to a subscription, a Single class costs €7.50.

• Ladies: Free trial lesson Ladies Only Kickboxing.

• Kids Kickboxing  (5-15 year old): Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 5:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Three free trial sessions.

• Mixed Martial Arts (MMA): You are able to participate from 12 years old and up. The class is suitable for all levels. Single Sessions cost €7,50 lesson.

Selection Lessons

The Selection classes are only for selected members:

• Selection Kids Kickboxing: Monday en Wednesday from 6:00- 7:00 uur.

• Selection/competition Kickboxing: Monday en Wednesday from 8:00- 9:30 uur.
